Job Description

To provide 24 x 7 L1 support to Emergency & critical incidences for P2P operation across network/ customers.
Daily FM level tasks on assigned TTs and coordination with respective teams and customer to ensure minimize down time.
Excellent knowledge about SMS flow & connecting interfaces for Fault Management & Configuration Management.
Understanding & functional knowledge interdisciplinary network (STP,P2P,HLR,SMSC).
Troubleshooting with the help of Wireshark traces, system logs, event logs & correlation with alarms during service outages/degrade by ensuring troubleshooting within TAT.
Checking and analysing logs & traces Access logs, SM logs, SMS logs.
Provide technical support for testing & implementation during new Enterprise customer on boarding to M2M/IOT platform.
Supporting to Change Management teams for smooth and fault free MW during network changes.
Maintaining tracker for reported fault on daily basis.
