Job Description

    Associate KPOLocation:- Hadapsar Pune onlyExperience:- 2-3 YearsQualification:- B.Com, M.ComSkills:-SEZ Compliances:
    • Assistance and coordination in preparation of Bills of entries (online and physical filing).
    • Assistance in endorsement of the bill of entries.
    • Obtaining the Bills of entries endorsed by SEZ specified officer
    • Assistance and coordination in updating the documents and information viz., details of Invoice, bills of entries and other supporting information in relation to procurements as required by SEZ Law in the SEZ online portal post confirmation from HAIL.
    • Assistance and providing clarification in submission of the documents for the procurement of duty -free goods with the SEZ Specified officer as required by SEZ Law.
    • Maintenance of the Bond registers in an Excel Format and also reviewing the debit entries posted against the duty-free procurements (import and local procurements) of goods and/ or services in such bond register, monitoring balance and intimation for any additional bond required if any within time. Also ensuring physical Bond register is up to date in all respect.
    • Computation of duty payable at the time of removal of capital goods for sale and scrap;
    • Maintenance & Review of the records, documents prescribed as per GST legislation and SEZ Regulations as maintained for the duty free, and GST paid procurement of input services;
    • Assistance and coordination in submission of the documents for the procurement of input service
    • Assistance in documentation for obtaining employee ID-cards from the authorities
    • Tracking for temporary removal of laptop and other assets for work from home
    • Preparation and submission of monthly SOFTEX forms on the SEZ-Online portal
    • Assistance in submission of physical copy of SOFTEX forms generated online along with relevant documents with the respective SEZ Specified Officer and for certification, on a reasonable effort basis;
    • Assistance in Preparation and filing of Monthly Performance Report which is required to be uploaded on the SEZ-Online portal;
    • Assistance in Preparation and filing of Services Export Reporting Form templates on the SEZ-Online portal;
    • Assistance in Preparation and filing of Annual Performance Reports (APR);
    • Assistance in providing the advisory support in relation to the compliance through Export Data Processing Monitoring Systems (EDPMS) as mandated by Reserve bank of India Regulations read with SEZ Law, required on need basis;
    • Preparation of monthly MIS and performance Dashboards.
    • Tracking of Assets and maintain the records.
