We are greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.We re looking for a Associate Material who ll be responsible to Drive procurement for all Direct and Indirect commodities.You ll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities are Inventory Management, so Problem Solving, Taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA.What you ll do

  • Advanced Functional knowledge and exposure in Materials, Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
  • Strong Working Knowledge in ERP Systems SAP/Analysis for Office-preferably SAP/Analysis for office is required.
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
  • Should be able to work with large datasets, measure results, identify impact and attribution, discovery, model and predict future performance.
  • Knowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice etc.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with structure approach to help identify, solve business problems and make decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and Internal/External Stakeholders.
  • Proficient skills level in Advance MS Excel knowledge (VBA coding/automation skills can be an added advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multi-tasking approach to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive & result driven approach.
  • Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
  • Meets defined SLA and KPI s on performance and quality in given TAT.
What you ll need
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree from an accredited institution is preferred with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Reporting and Analytics.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate character, clarity, courage and commitment to high-performance.
