Job Description

    For Project management :Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Involve in the process of Ensuring resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTrack project performance as per APQP guidelines, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term. goalsDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedFor Process Excellence :Ensure end to end process standardization and improvement, reviewing, documenting and where possible aligning best practice.Work with director to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.Review the process audit reports and analyze & identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.Help to develop and implement process improvement plans, including process mapping, process redesign, and process optimization.Train and coach team members on process improvement tools and techniques,
