Job Description

As a System Administrator-Storage in Pune , you too can help us drive payments at the speed of change.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.2. Performs day-to-day and complex system administration and monitoring tasks for assigned systems. Works with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve technical system problems in a timely manner with a primary focus on complex problems.3. Administer Hosted Data Center Hitachi, HCI and NetApp , Pure Storage infrastructure including performance tuning, upgrades, and resource optimization as required4. Install, patching and configuration of new / rebuild existing storage infrastructure in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements5. Work with peers too ensure effective patching process in place to comply with ACI Corporate patching process.6. Provide 24 x 7 1st -3rd line support for operational and security incidents.7. Work with other member of team in engineering of infrastructure solutions for various project and operational needs.8. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.9. Ensure effective communication of changes and updates to relevant internal departments and third party suppliers.10. Manage server infrastructure in line with PCI and ACI internal security and audit requirement11. Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Requirements Needed:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.4 + years of technical experience in product architecture and/or production IT environmentsExperience in storage administration specifically working with Hitachi, ScaleIO, Netapp , Pure.Experience with SAN (Brocade and Brocade Network advisor)Experience with VMware (5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and SRM)Experience in the HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) environment with Dell and SuperMicro platforms.Experience with at least one of following Operating Systems Linux, Unix or Windows.Strong troubleshooting experienceExperience with configuring and troubleshooting development and production environments.Travel required, may be domestic or internationalWeekend and off-hours support may be requiredHighly Desired skills:1.
