Job Description

    Work Location:Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi Phase 3 (Both-way cab facility available)Work Experience:1-2 yearsRole & Responsibilities:
    • Resolve billing issues using query-solving techniques and provide clear, concise information to customers.
    • Address customer questions regarding billing or services.
    • Manage international inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
    • Actively listen to customer concerns, needs, and feedback, responding appropriately.
    • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
    Required Profile:
    • Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support.
    • Billing experience (understanding of recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorate charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes).
    • Proven experience resolving billing-related customer issues.
    • Strong communication skills and clear thought process.
    • Ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
    • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to make fast decisions independently.
    • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts, 5 days a week).
    • Customer-centric mindset with logical thinking and spontaneous response capability.
    • Ensure timely and professional responses to all queries.
