  • New product design: Electrical control panels, wiring harness, controllers, Sensors, Alternators, Switchgear selection,Load calculations, IOT devices, Scada, PLC
  • Proto building & validation. Knowledge of engine and DG wiring harness for electronic and mechanical based gensets
  • Drawing preparation and release for development.
  • Drawing approval
  • Benchmarking with world class products
  • Inhouse & field Validation of new product
  • Follow Powerol NPD process
  • APPAP closure & ER release
  • Supplier technical capability assessment
  • DFMEA for new product
  • Value engineering projects
  • Field Quality improvements
  • Implementing VA/VE initiatives to achieve standardization and reduce costs.

General Requirement Go Getter Interpersonal and Communication Skill SAP, Solid modeling , Auto Cad,Qualifications:
