Control panel Cabinet Engineering Auxiliary component assembly, installation, and testing panel component General Arrangement Motor protection circuit wiring, PLC panel wiring, digital and analogue signal, PLC communication wiring, Encoder wiring, fail safe wiring for safety signal, EMC shielding wiring, Earthing connection, Voltage Separation cable routing, Sensor, actuator interface, Panel thermal analysis, Panel Ingress Protection,3. Drive panel Cabinet Engineering Frequency drive assembly, installation, interface and panel testing panel component General Arrangement - Isolation power supply, AC voltage / DC voltage wiring, Voltage separation, PLC and drive communication wiring, Panel thermal analysis, Panel Ingress Protection, Energy storage battery system Prepare technical specifications document for component sourcing, sales marketing support and turbine certification.4. Provide technical support for design, manufacturing and value engineering of electrical system / switch cabinets. 5. Resolve technical issues, deliver RCA electrical operations issues and components related topics. Provide technical support to MBU & OMS.6. To work in NPD, DCP, Project management process and able to handle many tasks at the same time and communicate with different stake holders Desired Candidate Profile 1. Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with about 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in engineering in Low voltage switchgear Panels and similar . 2. Experience for electrical Panel design tool (E Plan), Engineering BOM creation (SAP) and panel manufacturing document and testing requirement 3. Knowledge for component used in wind turbine application / electric rotating machines, ACB, Power contactor, Control transformer, SFU, Semiconductor protection device, UPS, Current transformer, capacitor, Inductor, Heater, PLC interface, sensors, switches, Encoders, Frequency Drive, Servo Drive, AC motors, serial, CAN, Ethernet Communication protocol network,4. Knowledge and experience in application of various standards like IEC , UL , IEEE , NEMA and CSA for Panel engineering , materials , manufacturing, testing and certification.5. Additionally professional exposure manufacturing , engineering operations and customer service of Panel / electrical industry is advantageous, hands on experience in RCA process.6. Analytical and systematic approach combined with high self-motivation.
