Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Independently handled overall Metallurgical lab activities
    • Knowledge of surface treatment process
    • Metallurgical Failure analysis of all customer issues (In-house)
    • Proactive audit of supplier parts at certain defined frequency
    • Receipt Quality Inspection of parts
    • Proactive audits at supplier end for special process (Heat treatment/plating)
    • Supplier Process Audits periodically.
    • Certification in Lead auditor in ISO 9001:2008 & Internal auditor in ISO/TS 16949
    • Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP.
    • Audit Special Process like Inhouse Painting
