Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition:Asst. Team Lead / Team Lead Python Experience - 6 to 10 YearsJob Location - Pune Roles and Responsibilities - a. Solid Expertise in Python, with good expertise with Python web framework (Django) Writing effective and scalable Python codes. Designing and implementing robust applications. Debugging applications to ensure low-latency and high-availability. b. Able to write schedulers in Python c. Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries d. Should have ability to handlearchitecturaland team lead role (help enforce best coding practices and refactoring code). e. Senior Engineer who must be strong architecturally to help keep the code base very high quality independent of the feature he is working on. f. The engineer should be able to help with refactoring, designing and improving code base based on the best experience. g. Good experience working withCloud Platform (AWS/ Azure/ Heroku), REST API h. Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system i. Databases-MySQL and Postgress, MangoDB j. Good knowledge of the threading of Python, and multi-process architecture k. Good understanding of front-end technologies, such asReact, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Preferred to have React knowledge) willing to learn and improve and contribute to front-end architecture. l. Good Knowledge of third-party integrations m. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments n. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application o. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python p. Strong unit test(Pytest) and debugging skills q. Static code analysis experience SonarQube, CodeClimate etc r. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools GIT s. Good to have Elastic search, MRQ task t. Familiar with Docker-based development. u. Recommended Good technical documentation skills, Leadership skills v. Learning attitude & Flexible with projects and timings. w. Good communication and presentation skills.,
