    Candidate Profile:

    • Good exposure in Talent managment, recruitment, talent planningm, PMS& labour laws.
    • Must have worked in a manufacturing company or a reputed company
    • Must have managed end to end recruitment process from searching, selection till induction as well as exit formalities.
    • Good Communication & team skills.
