Description: The position is based at Pune but the person may be required to travel within India or abroad whenever required. Responsibility: 1.Review various Project proposals and deliverables with the Management Team and other stake holding departments that will be involved to determine Project Milestones Deliverables, Set tracking mechanisms/procedures for helping the teams to accomplish project objectives. Conduct Research on various industry segments to review growth opportunities for the Company. Prepare Business Plan and presentations on growth opportunities. 2.Experience in undertaking industry research, market research, Assisting in carrying financial analysis including project pay back calculations, project viability etc. 3.Coordinate and Participate in Meetings, keep track on the agreed milestones Timelines to ensure resolution Completion of the tasks. 4.Compile summary documents, e.g. Meeting Minutes, Product Development Plans, Management Summary etc. Collect and include contributions of the Team 5.Responsible to track project changes and produces updated based schedules as agreed with various Inter-company departments. 6.Mergers Acquisitions 7.Monitor ongoing projects The Candidate: The incumbent will ideally possess the following: Skill Sets: Good communication both written and oral Analytical skills PowerPoint presentation skills is MUST Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, @Task would be a plus Experience in financial modeling valuation will be preferred by not mandatory. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential Skill to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
