Do you like to work and explore multiple, complex IT technologies Are you a customer-focused team player, who would like to become part of a large global organization this roles includes installation of autosys agents, administration of autosys instances, troubleshooting issues related to autosys infrastructure, wcc administration, eem administration the role includes planning and ensuring tech refresh for various components including the application itself are completed. investigation and providing rca as well as solutions or workaround related issues escalated through incidents and to interface with the infra teams & engineering on potential bug fixing and feature enhancements providing advice on client related escalations/issues/queries on best knowledge basis and promptly escalate to the infra teams & engineering when requiring their intervention. planning and coordination application/infra failover during the major events like infra weekend, bcm tests and power down activities excellent knowledge in handling infrastructure and batch related issues strong in solaris 10, rhel 6.x+ ability to work on unix and windows based platforms, cluster environments & knowledge of basic server administration (cpu/memory) database basic knowledgeYour teamGlobal Middleware Autosys Engine Room - based in Pune, with standard working hours 24/7 - acts as an Autosys product support and maintenace on all supported platforms (Linux and Windows). AUtosys ER team handles incidents, problems and changes. ER also ensures the availability of the TOP infrastructure IT service Autosys , coordinates changes and provides support for further development of used and implemented processes and tools., You have: basic education / apprenticeship knowledge of autosys architecture, infrastructure including agents , agent upgrade, wcc etc. basic it knowledge, including microsoft office operating system skills like unix, linux, windows desirable knowledge in ssh (secure shell) and security certificates for file transfer desirable knowledge in servicenow desirableYou are: good communicator and coordinator fluent in english and eager to work in a global team willingness to work in a 7x24 hour shift operation
