Job Description

    Our client is worlds leading multinational Financial Institute and provides its clients internationally diversified services across the globe. It has a long tradition of meeting the complex financial needs of a wide range of clients, offering advisory services, comprehensive solutions and innovative products to companies, institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients globally, as well as retail clients. They are hiring for an AVP- Process Improvement Lead. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with operations and finance teams to identify the scope of improvement.- Deliver process improvement solutions while working closely with technical teams.- Supporting and discussing the findings with technical and non-technical audience.- MI and reporting to senior board members and global stakeholders.- Working in control environment and ensuring adherence to company policies. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 8+ years of relevant experience with global financial services.- Hands of experience in working with process transformation, and process improvement.- Proven experience in initiating and delivery cost saving projects.- Problem Solver and Multi-tasker who is a self-motivated individual.,
