* AWS Cloud SME/Team Lead/Architect The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in successful AWS build & migration projects. These projects should display a mix of IaaS and PaaS migrations to delivery cost effective AWS implementations & migrations.Candidate should have extensive experience bringing a proven delivery track record for enterprise level infrastructure and security projects with more recent focus on AWS Cloud platforms. He/She should effectively collaborate with others, obtain buy-in for your delivery approaches and manage your own priorities and performance to deliver high quality, highly performant solutions to our customers.The AWS IaaS Architect cum Cloud operation lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions for enterprise clients. This includes, but is not limited to hosting whiteboard discussions, developing technical architecture, and preparing client documentation. You must have significant development experience and an understanding of Microsofts cloud strategy.Participate in client whiteboards and project planning activitiesGather and / or document project requirementsReview client documentation and deliverablesLead and / or contribute to technical design sessionsPrepare technical design documentation and task-level project plansWork as a part of multifaceted team to deliver holistic technical solutions Required Skills
• Experience in Design and managing cloud infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS) including computing services like Amazon Machine Image (AMI) and Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
• Networking knowledge in AWS Services like Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Amazon Route53
• Proficiency in AWS Administration and Security Services like AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Amazon CloudWatch.
• Creating Instances in EC2 and in VPC environment also creating the Instances using Amazon Machine Image (AMI).
• Knowledge of key AWS services (EC2,ECS, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3).
• Create Backups from AMI , Snapshots.
• Monitoring EC2 using CloudWatch alarms, CloudWatch metrics.
• Experience with system health monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux & Windows OS.
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Installing, configuring and supporting primarily Linux and Microsoft Windows Servers on IaaS
• Responsible for Linux and windows server installation, maintenance, monitoring & patching.
• Monitoring of cloud instances performance
• Work in coordination with other internal teams to ensure the infrastructure fully and effectively Providing supports
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a support services for the infrastructure and Linux, Windows operating systems.
• Collaborative, team focused with working experience in a 24/7 up time environment
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
• Coordinates and reports operational metrics on a recurring basis (week/month/quarter)
• Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving partners and call out to appropriate level when required.
• Assesses a variety of situations and provide transparency to team and partners.
• Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.
• Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining dedication and support.
• Identifies training requirements and devises training programs to ensure operational readiness
• Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
• Coordinates with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being carried out in accordance with regulatory standard methodologies.

• Certified AWS professional
• Should have knowledge in cloud architect for greenfield/brownfield implementation, migration.
• Experience in customer facing for solution walkthrough and resolve query
• Should be able to build the cost optimized solution
• Good understanding & knowledge in automation using ansible, terraform etc
• Should have experience in integration with multiple tools
• Well know to all public cloud pricing models & prepare the BOM as per solution
• Customer collaboration on migration and discovery workshops and documentation
• Migration planning exercises and effort estimation for projects/ proposals
• Delivery responsibility of AWS build and migration projects for compute, storage, network and security solution.
• Candidate should have a strong experience with migration tools such as AWS Migration tool, Cloud endure, velostrata, 3rd party migration tools.
• Documentation of solutions e.g. architecture, HLD, LLD configuration and setup
• Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team.
• Collaborate and liaise with other Application and customer stakeholders
• Assisting in providing post migration support
• Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to managed services personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency
• Transition of projects to Managed Services teams
• Preferred to have cloud administration certifications
• Contribute to the practice strategy by suggesting new service capabilities, in particular bringing together services across the practice.
