Job Description

Fenergo SMEExperience - 4-11 yearsNotice - Open

  1. Lead the creation of Fenergo product change specifications and support solution design in alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
  2. Serve as a key point of contact for the client and ensure extending appropriate functional support to client.
  3. Comfortable using Fenergo OOTB features as a guide to discuss requirements and solutions with the client.
  4. Prepare and lead client requirement workshops.
  5. Lead creation, maintenance and delivery of the Product Roadmap.
  6. Manage stakeholders, work with internal and external business partners/clients to define and refine business requirements.
  7. Review development and QA team deliverables and ensure maintenance of product documentation.
  8. Support the management of scope, scheduling and delivery of product roadmap and releases.
  9. Ensure clear understanding of requirement specifications and key features by development and QA team members.
  10. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for clients business users.
  11. Support and mentor junior team members.
  12. Provide SME support to the Sales / Pre-Sales teams
Experience
  1. Minimum 5-7 years business analysis experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Minimum 2-3 years of Fenergo experience.
  2. Knowledge of Financial Regulatory topics such as FATCA, MIFID, Dodd Frank and EMIR.
  3. Knowledge of Capital Markets industry and products, particularly relating to client and product onboarding.
  4. Experienced in Agile/ Scrum Software development lifecycle practices
  5. Keep up to date with changes within the regulatory environment
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  7. Effective communication both verbal, oral and written.
Fenergo BA Role
