Job Description

    • BAAN Developer/Technical Consultant.
    • Working knowledge of functional modules of BAAN including Common, Sales, Invoicing, Pricing, Purchasing,
    • Warehousing, Finance, Taxation, Production, Planning, People and PCS Project etc.
    • Experience of working in customization projects modifying standard BAAN ERP source code
    • Expertise with SQL queries, fine tuning performance.
    • Understand Business Requirements, translate to technical design
    Preferred Skills / Special Skills
    • Communicate technical issues, key insights and findings to the team.
    • General Programming Skills, Problem Solving, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Good in Logic Building.
    • Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
    • Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
