Job Description

    We are hiring forCredit Life/Loan Protection Bancassurance Manager
    1. Education: Graduate (any stream except BA)60% or above in any 2 out of 3 (SSC, HSC, Graduation)
    2. Experience-1 year Min. (any Field Sales)
    3. CTC:2.50LPA To 3.90LPA
    4. Location: Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabd
    5. Communication: Should be fluent inMarathi
    6. Work Profile: Selling credit life insurance
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Managing Bank business on daily basis by visiting points of sales in set existing relationships within a defined territory by meeting branch managers, loan officers, and regional managers.
    • Building excellent relationship with all concerned personnel at point of sales and fulfil
    • all service related matters at the assigned branches
    • Making personal and telephonic interaction with existing Bank relationships for business mobilization and ensuring maximum conversion of loan borrowers for credit life cover
    • Preparing/collating weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the relationships for submission to concerned personnel.
    • Desired Skills/Knowledge
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good analytical skills, ability to network and develop strong relations with decision makers are basic necessities
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
