A Lead Beauty Therapist is responsible managing the beauty therapist team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve sales revenue targets. What will I be doing As a Lead Beauty Therapist, you are responsible managing the beauty therapist team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lead Beauty Therapist will also be responsible achieving sales targets and managing customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage and carry out procedures while ensuring all beauty therapists possesss up - to - date knowledge of treatments in line with current legislation and company standardsEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cardsInteract and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management teamEnsures that team work towards and achieves sales targets as outlined by the Club Manager and that sales are recorded accuratelyEnsure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients and guestsManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long - term improvements in products and servicesComply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations What are we looking for A Lead Beauty Therapist serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
