    Bizops Engineer ||-1 Bizops Engineer ||Looking for support engineers with a strong SQL background having high problem-solving skills and the will to win.SummaryWith a view towards improving project delivery efficiency, we are setting up a new team in Pune that will be responsible for providing ETL support for the scheduled loads in a timely manner. We have a number of ETL loads that span a large number of clients across a diverse set of industries which need timely failure resolution in order to adhere to high standards of project delivery. This will be a high powered team that will be responsible for reducing average response time for failure resolution and come up with new and innovative ways to improve project SLAs. ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the job include the following 1.tRespond to failure tickets in a timely manner.2.tCommunicate with client teams to identify the root cause of an issue, apply necessary fixes and summarize the issue in detail.3.tReduce recurrence of issues.4.tWork on minor changes arising due to business logic/input file structure changes 5.tEnsure high stakeholder satisfaction by collecting timely feedback and improve on constructive feedback.6.tCome up with innovative ways to reduce time to resolution and other SLAs.RequirementsFollowing are the skills we are looking for Required:1.tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.2.tStrong problem solving skills that will help identify the root cause of an issue.3.tAbility to context switch between different projects.4.tAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with RDBMS technologies like Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, Teradata, etc.Preferred:1.tExperience in SQL query and performance tuning.2.tWriting and maintaining SSIS packages.3.tHelp Desk Software or Ticketing System, like Remedy, ALM, Jira, etc.4.tFTP and S/FTP file transfer mechanisms.5.tScripting technologies like Powershell and Python.6.tExperience with SSRS and other Microsoft technologiesCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we re all in this together.
