Job Description

Qualification :ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronic Communication Key Responsibilities :

  • Prompt response and attendance to calls at BMS or as directed by shift engineers, Head of engineering or Duty manager, Tech.
  • Ensure all calls are recorded escalated to the concerned for resolution, feedback taken from the staff for completion of the call.
  • All completed calls are closed
  • A list of pending calls to be forwarded to Concern
  • Maintain and update various logs, records and other operational documents as per requirements.
  • To work as the BMS Executive in a 9 hour shift pattern with one weekly OFF.
  • To hand over to the BMS Executive of the following shift in an appropriate fashion with full detailed notes and an appropriate briefing.
  • Coordinating with IT and Honeywell for BMS related problems.
  • Coordinating with HVAC operators for smooth operations.
  • Monitoring Chiller parameters/Module parameters and corrective actions.
  • To ensure that security norms are not violated while performing duty.
  • To ensure that the training sessions being organized are attended and understood.
  • To understand the physical layout of building, escape routs in emergency.
