Position Title Branch Operations Executive Grade/Level Branch Operations ExecutiveDepartment Branch Operations Location Business ETLI Number of Units in Business NATotal Headcount (Direct) Supervised 2 Total Headcount (Direct / Indirect) Supervised 2Organizational RelationshipsPosition reporting to Regional Operation managerNo. of Direct Reports Job Purpose The role acts as an interface with Insurance Company, Sales Force & Customers The role is responsible for managing daily branch Activities as per the SOPs and adherence to the processes The role is also responsible for managing small team and providing on the job training to officers Responsible for heading daily activities of proposal form logins, follow-ups and support function to sales Effective implementation of processes & initiatives and daily reconciliationKey ResponsibilitiesManagerial Responsibilities Setting goals for the team and monitoring the performance of the team regularly Motivating the team for enhanced performance Conducting trainings for the team on need basisFunctional Responsibilities Daily reconciliation and status updates of policy logins Maintenance of trackers for policy tracking on a daily basis Coordination with Branch, Sales and HO Effective coordination for pending cases of new business & agent onboarding process Managing persistency ratio at respective branches Managing & tracking of customer requests & ensuring timely closures Monitoring and managing Quality & TAT for processes Proper filing of documents for auditJob RequirementsQualifications Graduate/MBAExperience 1 yearFunctional Competencies Good understanding of emerging trends & addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives & profitability norms Knowledge of Insurance Basic knowledge about MS office Excel, Word and PowerPointBehavioral Competencies Interpersonal skills A proactive learner Focused on customer satisfaction A self-motivated team player Strong communication skills Relationship management skills Problem solving skillsKey InteractionsInternal Nature or purpose of interactionAudit and compliance , Sales, Operational Team Reporting under Maintaining required documentation in appropriate manner for audits Regular checks and feedback to RA Regular interactions with ROM, customers, sales team and HO on effective management of processes & new changes and initiatives Effective coordination with field staff for timely closures Regular discussions with Field staff with the Operational Feedback.
