Responsible for driving the branch revenues of a product/ product category through effective sales process management. 2. Key Responsibilities Operational Drive product revenues in the branch through the branch and area sales teams Implement product-specific sales and marketing plans for driving revenues, market share and profitability of the product in the branch Meet product yield targets in the branch; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targets Follow-up and ensure closure of product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing team Negotiate rates & service offers with customers as per the set purviews, in consultation with Branch head on case to case basis Develop & retain existing customers and achieve base targets set for the product on a monthly basis Ensure that the branch achieves collections as per set logic remittance and DSO target Ensure updation of prospects details in saffire software package on a daily basis Communicate & interact with internal & external customers on service issues Support sales capability building initiatives in the branch Provide support to the Regional Sales Head Product in identification of opportunities for modification of existing product offering for increasing revenues/ profitability People Provide direction, guidance and support to employees within the product sales team in the branch to help them discharge their duties effectively Ensure that the product sales team in the branch is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements # Key Result Areas : 1.
