-Billing operation support experience for at least 5 years with any leading telecom operator-Experience in Billing Operation support using Ericsson BSCS for at least 2 years-Expertise in Unix and PL/SQL is mandatory-Experience of working in Revenue Assurance application operations using WeDo RAID application.-Incident management, follow up and co-ordination with L3 teams and product vendor-Usage & Billing rejection handling-Debit / Credit adjustments-Tap out generation Tap In file validation-Reconciliation support with upstream and with HLR-Bill run activities Pre Bill, Post Bill execution and final invoice generation-Release and deployment in production environments-Billable account validations-Very good command on Linux and Oracle Database queries and management-Billing & Revenue Assurance Application Health check & monitoring-Work in 24 x 7 shift, Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YEARS Mandatory Skills: BSS Billing-L3 Coding Standards-L2 Desirable Skills: Revenue Assurnace and Fraud Management-L2 Language Skills: English Language-L2
