Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Planned, organize, and deliver work sessions for gathering business requirements.
    2. Should have good experience in Technical Requirement Gathering.
    3. Review and edit requirements and business processes, as necessary, based on proposed solutions.
    4. Perform research across avenues like competition, configurable technology, scan horizon for new implementations
    5. Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans based on the scope defined.
    6. Effectively communicate and champion service request expectations with business and IT staff in a timely and clear fashion.
    7. Conduct monthly and as-needed status meetings with businesses for updates and prioritization of work efforts.
    8. Scope Management, Documentation of use cases, User Acceptance Criteria Definitions, and Aiding the tech team for clarity.
    9. Understands tech requirements.
    10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    11. Understanding of UML diagrams.
    12. Data flow diagram.
    13. Good command of the English language as will have to coordinate with US Clients.
    14. A candidate with an Engineering background is preferred.
