Description We are seeking Business Analysts (HC) to join our fast- growing Healthcare (Payer / Provider) vertical at India (Pune) Development Center. In this role, you will be involved significantly during the requirement gathering phase and shall evangelize the Healthcare industry knowledge within the practice / vertical. You job will also include interacting with customers and project teams to ensure both are in sync about project requirements and ensure project teams are updated with various healthcare regulations, standards and other domain advancements from around the world. If you are a HC domain expert, with a desire to provide potential customers with the best customer experience, this is the right challenge for you.Job Code: SIL- IN/ BA/ HC/ 001Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for analyzing the customer business needs and transform them into project requirementsResponsible for documenting the project requirements following Silicus / Customer standard templatesInteract with customers on behalf of Silicus solution team to understand the business challenge for recommending suitable solutionsProvide clarification on requirements to project teams from time to time for the implementationShould be able to carry out AS- IS and TO- DO analysis for readying the Gap analysis documentAdvise customers on industry best practices and make recommendations to improve the business processesVerify and validate the deliverables for meeting the customer requirement specificationsAlways in the forefront to learn and evangelize healthcare (Payer/ Provider) industry knowledge within the practiceShall impart training to practice resources on healthcare to keep them abreast of industry happening.Own the HIPAA implementation and adherence across the practice and project teams. Candidate ProfileEducation: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCSExperience: Overall 6- 10 years of experience as Business Analyst with at least 3- 5 years in core healthcare (Payer/ Provider) domain. Experience in US Healthcare industry is must.Good understanding of at least few of the Provider and Payer systems such as RCM, EHR/ EMR, LMS, Billing, Scheduling, EDI integration, Benefit administration, Concierge/ Janitor services, Telehealth, ACA, Plan adjudication, Underwriting, Network services etc.Exposure to various integrations - HL7, Rules engine, RxNorm, SnomedCT, LOINC, Dosespot, Surescripts/ Allscripts etc. are preferred.At least should have worked on 6- 8 smaller to bigger healthcare projects end to end. Other Knowledge and Skills:Experience with using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Experience creating UML Use Case DiagramsGood to have exposure to agile development methodologies.
