Connecting Talent with Opportunity AddThis Utility Frame Your Role To undertake detailed and complex analysis, investigation, research and evaluation of the Business on a major Programme or Project Undertake analysis with stakeholders to gain data to drive out business design and requirements To provide objective analytical insight based on information supplied by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a Project or Programme Be able to extract key data from a variety of sources (discussions/ reports/ process flows) and be able to communicate and document how processes/ requirements will differ by each corresponding region Assist in the delivery and presentation of business analysis is to appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Project plan Operating in accordance with the requirements of mandated Change Management and Project Management Methods and Tools Work closely with technical stakeholders to communicate the business requirements and understand the technical challenges with implementing the requirements in the channel Be able to develop a user experience strategy for customer facing functionality and be able to document and communicate this to business and technical stakeholders Essential Skills Solid background of business analysis work in a banking environment & knowledge of global payment types/ processes Experience in client facing applications or Internet Banking desirable Experience in UX design and delivery desirable Experience of application and data integration desirable Desirable Skills Has a good working knowledge of the payments and online channels space UX design experience for customer facing applications Comprehensive understanding of the internal and external environment: Can describe the major roles and responsibilities of the IT function Can identify key activities performed by IT professionals and managers and key departments/ functions Understands the basic concepts and benefits of the technology strategy Has estimated, planned and organised own tasks using project management tools and in collaboration with other streams,
