A full time Business Analyst to support the ReadyCare Division , which focuses on a broad range of infection prevention products , in a broad range of tasks including data research and analysis to support business operations , develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations , and sales growth opportunities. Required Skills / Experience 2 - 4 years of previous experience working in analytical role. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Access. Experience in the healthcare domain is a strong plus. Strong verbal and written communication in English Solid problem solver o Positive attitudes towards problems and likes challenges o Strong analytical capabilities with attention to details , thoughtful in considering all aspects of the problem and potential solutions o Intellectually curious eager to learn , quick learner and like to ask questions Very organized in both file and data management Strong drive for results with and strong work ethics Ability to work independently and proactively SAP & AS400 experience will be added advantage Interpersonal skills collaborate with diverse multicultural teams. Planning and project management skills through careful prioritization , manage multiple projects to deliver within agreed timeframes. Some of the roles and responsibilities Assist U.S. based product managers in analyzing sales opportunities , establish tracking mechanisms to measure success. Work directly with internal teams (such as Sales , Inventory Management , Finance) to provide intermediate level analysis and reporting as necessary. Develop and analyze scorecards , providing insight into trends or unusual performance. Organize , plan and recommend analysis and reports consistent with continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Recommend , develop , create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports. Recommend , develop , create and implement ad hoc reports as business conditions necessitate. Monitor for data accuracy , timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist. Ensure follow - up so that analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented Sales data analysis and management: o Monthly sales trend analysis , providing custom reports to product managers o Monthly tracking of new and lost customers o Sales number review and alert generation on underperforming accounts o Report for new customers per product category vs customers switched o Dispenser installation planning and tracking Market intelligence o For existing and new products o Manage update of competitor product equivalencies / cross ref / pricing / technical information. o Research competitor marketing material + pictures , technical information of on internet Marketing Material and Sales Reporting Responsibilities o Manage and update internal marketing material database PIMDAM and the Source o Update Descriptions / Pictures / TDS / Brochures available on the Source (checking of missing elements) o E - Catalog prioritization based on item popularity. This way we could more easily drive traffic to our most popular items. o Assisting in targeting and sales reporting preparation for sales meeting Educational Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree Knowledge of SAP & AS400 will be added advantage Ability to extract , analyze and report on data required & previous experience working with databases strongly preferred.
