Job Description

  • Interfacing with Business stakeholders / Partners to gather techno-functional requirements and perform scoping, feasibility analysis, BRD creation, impact assessment and creating functional test cases document.
  • Engagement with Visualization team to deliver visualization wireframes and mock-ups in line with internal standards and global best practices.
  • Engage with the Delivery teams to estimateand create agile plans, define technical pointers, prepare for check-point reviews, UATs & project closure.
  • Create an environment of innovation & going beyond the minimal project requirements tocreate a wow factor for partner.
  • End to end ownership of project deliverables acrossthe project lifecycle, including communications, escalation.
  • Able to manage change, make decisions and create valuable features for customers
  • Strong telecom domain knowledge at both strategic and operation levels.
  • Should have managed/worked in multiple product streams involving departments like COPS, Marketing, Finance and Sales.
  • Awareness of business policies and process within telecom companies
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of BI tools, DWH, RDBMS
  • Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders with ability to driveprocess alignment
  • Visualization principles & project management sing agile methodology will be an advantage.
  • Problem solving skills and team player
  • Collaborateswith Developer and Design teams to identify feature requirements, testing and acceptance criteria
  • Strategic responsibilities include deciding on the product strategy, developing the product roadmap, and managing the stakeholders
