Job Description

    Here is the Role: Business Analyst(Telecom/Finance Domain)Exp: 4+ yearsEducation: Graduation/Post GraduationLocation: Pune(SB Road)-WFO!Working Days: Monday to Friday
    1. 4+ years experience in managing IT personnel, systems, and platforms.
    2. Understand the clients business needs, bring together their requirements.
    3. Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, drafting business requirement document.
    4. User story creation participate in different Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review & sprint retrospective) using Project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Opportunity identification / discovery / story exploration sessions / product demos
    5. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
    6. Excellent organization and planning, set and manage priorities, ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    7. Proven management/supervisory skills, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    8. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity.
    9. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees.
    10. Should have sound knowledge in performance tuning, troubleshooting issues, Gap analysis, cost and impact analysis.
    11. Walk-through sessions with development / testing team, test case review.
    12. Provide pre and postproduction deployment support.

    1. Minimum of 4 years of IT work experience as a business analyst.
    2. Product passionate guy who works with our clients to give shape to their vision.
    3. He loves to talk with his clients and thrives for perfection.
    4. Excellent collaboration skills.
    5. Possess a solid understanding of how enterprise web-based systems & mobile applications are constructed.
