Job Description

We are looking for a Competitive, Trustworthy, Fast learner and passionate medical representative to help us build up our business activities. at Shaniwar Peth PuneA Business Development Executive job is to promote and sell the companys medical equipment and products likeAn Orthopaedic Equipments and medical devices andPhysiotherapy lab.

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible to increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products in the market.
  • Organising appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Identifying and establishing new business.
  • Demonstrating or presenting products tand Physio lab to healthcare staff including doctors, Sports trainers and coachesNegotiating contract
  • To arrange the Awareness programmes for Strengthening and Conditioning coaches and personal fitness trainers.
  • Promote the physio lab to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Sports medicine physicians.
  • Meeting Both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining detailed records
  • Participate and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings and various sports events for promotional purpose on behalf of the company
  • Managing budgets and Reviewing sales performance
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Should have Medical/ Hospital/ Pharma/Sport Physio background
Qualification and Experience: B.Sc. (Electronics), B.Sc. (Life sciences), B.Pharm / BPT (Physiotherapy) / BE or B.Tech (Electronics) with 2 to 3 years proven experience as medical representative in medical/hospital field or relevant role will be preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Should have good communication Skill
