Building the Brand & Growing the Brand . should have Excellent Networking Skills . the Sales of Fitness Equipments Particularly to Gym Owners is Completed Based On Networking as It is Difficult for Us to Come to Know of Someone Who is Planning to Set Up the Gym . the Sales Conversion Cycle for the Case of Fitness Equipments is Very Long (sometimes 6 Months or Even One Year) . the Candidate Should have Experienced such Long Sales Conversion Time During His Past Experience . he Must have Worked in a Medium Scale Company , But Should have Gone Through the Grind & Must have Seen the Western India Market Hands On . we Need to Develop a Chain On Channel Partners & Sales Agents Who Would Be Willing to Work On a Commission Basis .
