Job Description

Dear Candidate,Looking for a Business Development Executives (BDE). BDEs generate leads from offlineactivations that are required to run sales at the city level. They spearhead offline operations withend to end execution of events. These events include hosting mock tests in different schools, organisinggames, workshops, seminars, and apartment activations. Apart from organising events, they play a keyrole in ensuring data collection. They analyse this data to identify hot leads and provide them to the salesteam as quickly as possible. Hold individual pipeline reviewmeetings and weekly team meetings.Day 90City Level Ownership: Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels.Build your own team: Opportunity to build your own team of Freelancers, Interns, data coordinators toestablish as the leading E-Learning education brand in the city for K12.WHAT YOUVE ACCOMPLISHED. SO FAREducation: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college.Experience: Min 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing. Connections with a range ofschools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively withmarketing and product teams.Responsibility: Taken ownership of city-level data being in a revenue-driven role.
