Pre - Requisite: IT Solutions Selling experience , Team Player , Excellent Communication Skills Oral and Written.Roles Responsibilities: Excellent Relationship Management skills with the existing customers. Ability to Meet Customer expectations and Cross - sell , Upsell company solutions effortlessly. Sales / Licensing Certification Microsoft , Adobe , Autodesk , Symantec is a definite plus. Ability to understand customer IT Landscape and identify gaps and map solutions to the gaps identified. Ability to Spearhead a team of Inside Sales , BDE to reach assigned Quarterly goals. IT Solutions Selling experience should be in Information Security , Information Management , Windows Managed Services , Storage Solutions etc. Passion to reach the Goal assigned. Prepare , Execute and Implement business plan to reach the Goal assigned. Set up review mechanism for the team and diligent reporting to Management. Distributor and Principal OEM Engagement and Planning is a must.,
