  • This person Should be responsible for Acquire New Clients for Sarthee consultancy for various industies like chemical ,Pharma, manufacturing , IT Industry etc
  • Making Business Pitch to prospective client for On-boarding
  • Cold calls, coordination and follow-up with clients and Track weekly calls and appointments.
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals & getting the MOUs done.
  • Arrange/Prepare proposals and contracts for clients
  • Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
  • Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients
  • Effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
Qualification : any graduate / masterExperience : - min 0.6 Month to 5 years into Recruitment Industry / Fresher with good skills can applyDesired Skill:
  • Confident with Excellent in communication oral & written communication
  • Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Should be Multitasking - Juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Marketing Skills - Knowing how to market and promote your services, expertise and knowledge effectively to clients and candidates is of utmost importance.
