Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Provide support in resolving critical property related issues w.r.t. current operational stores for specific brands in the respective markets.
    • Source new sites in the respective markets
    • Provide support on negotiation and finalizing of commercials with developers/ owners/consultants for new sites as well as renewals/relocations in the respective markets.
    • Preparation & making necessary revisions in internal documents (Internal approvals & related documents viz. presentations etc.) and coordinate for approvals by the management in region & HO.
    • Coordinate/ follow up with all concerned for smooth process of due diligence.
    • Support in preparation and signing of term sheets / LOI`s/ agreements
    • Necessary ground work for handover of the sites to projects in the respective markets with full services as per HOTO format.
    • Coordination with all departments / HO /Developers/consultants for all matter related to sites sourced in the respective markets.
