Job Description

  • Head the Profit Center
  • Manage the P & L of the business unit in a multi- product environment
  • Lead a mid- sized team towards volume, revenue, market share and profitability goal
  • Strengthen the CL brand through business development and introduction of new Products
  • People responsibility - team building, alliance & networking, , talent acquisition and talent management
  • Ensure operating efficiency
Work Experience Minimum years of experience:
  • Minimum 7 years in General Management, Sales & Marketing or Channel Development/ Operations
Educational Qualification MBA degree from premier B- Schools like IIM/ XLRI/ FMS/ JBIMS Key Skills The person should be:
  • Excellent communication and inter- personal skills
  • Demonstrates strategic vision, excellent leadership abilities and strong achievement drive
  • Creative thinker, able to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth
  • Dynamic and high energy, able to perform well under deadline pressure

  • Should be methodical in approach and have the ability to sense, create and penetrate in new markets
