The role will be COO for a Rs 2500 Cr business with direct responsibility for all functions, including Sales, Service, Manufacturing and SCM. Will have P&L responsibility of that business.QUALIFICATION: Engineering Graduate (Mech/ Electrical/ Electronics) with post graduate qualifications in ManagementRole Description :The candidate is responsible for creating and executing the short term and long term business strategy focusing on:- Product strategy, Manufacturing Excellence, GTM & AM strategy and People talent strategy- Evaluate possibilities for JVs/ Partnerships, technical collaborations and new business opportunities - Continuously review SBU operations to ensure high operational efficiency, quality and service delivery- The role holder will need to build an agile culture of innovation, empowerment and decision making.- The incumbent must have excellent customer relationship skills - Own and develop high potential talent and create a leadership pipeline for the business - Be the ambassador of the company through written articles, personal appearances in industrial forums/conferences and mediaEXPERIENCE PROFILE AND SKILLS :- Strong sales and product development experience in capital good and other similar heavy machinery/equipments where complex multiple process/people are involved - Distribution and retail channel management- OEM channel management and institutional sales - Govt. channel and PSUs business exposure - The person should have worked as Zonal head in 1-2 zones and then National head - Product marketing management role of 2-3 in NPD - At least 2-3 different industries and experience in retails channel sales product line will be an advantage,
