Job Description

Objective of the positionThis role is responsible for Planning, directing and controlling the operations of theCompany s new Business Division in Health & Wellness (Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy). The role holder will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to deliver according to planned business goals / target.Major Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Create Strategy and Execute business plans delivering growth across all portfolio brands
  • Develop a comprehensive budget for running the Company s business division and perform periodic budget analyses.
  • Drives Sales (Both B2B & B2C), CRM & Operations for the Division with clear KPIs
  • Have full P&L accountability -will have full Balance Sheet and Cash Flow accountability (Inventory Control, Ordering, Debtor Book, Creditors etc.)
  • Build and maintain a high-performance team
  • Seek out new and interesting business areas, brands and opportunities in the Health &Wellness Industry.
  • Be called upon in Board Meetings / Investor Updates to present Strategy/Forecasts/BusinessMetrics
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Ensures that all regulatory clearances are obtained in time to ensure smooth functioning and adhere to legal guidelines & policies.
  • Ensure that all infrastructure/logistics requirements are optimally available for inward & outward movement of material as per production & sales plan.
  • Provide necessary support to the project team for setting up the production facility and future expansion /modernization projects at the Division.
  • Drive talent management processes across the operation including talent acquisition, performance management and talent assessment for long-term sustenance.
  • Liaison with key external Statutory Authorities pertaining to initial clearance for setting-up the division s operation.Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification & Experience: - MBA Hospitality Management / BNYS(Bachelor of naturopathy & yoga science) with 15 to 20 Years relevant experience out of which should have worked as a P&L Head for at least last 3 years. - Should Have Managed Pan India Operations / BusinessKey Skills: - Experience in operating a high-performance sales force & build both a B2B & B2C Business.- Passion for the Health, Wellness & Fitness Industry- Analytical ability and strong reporting skillsPerks and BenefitsOpen for the right fit candidate,
