Job Description

    We are looking for Business Intelligence DeveloperJob location: PuneQualification: Computer science (BE preferred)/ ITIL Foundation certifiedExperience: 3 + yearsJob Description:Experience in BI Reporting and Dashboarding tools, including BrightGauge and PowerBISolid understanding of N-central and Autotask.Experience in querying 3rd party data warehouses.Ability to read database schema and understand the structure of a database.Solid understanding of SQL Server Ability to manipulate data to create reporting datasets.Knowledge of SQL Queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Quality checks to ensure accuracy of information presented.Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.Ability to deliver reports on time and to a specification.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsITIL Foundation certifiedUnderstanding of Microsoft Azure including management and supportAwareness of other MS Business technologiesGeneral Awareness of VMware and Hyper-V environmentsAbility to create a full report specification from a brief given from report stakeholders.Experience working in a highly available environment, working on live systems where reliability, uptime and meeting SLAs are crucialProven customer-centric IT service delivery experienceStrong Microsoft Office suite skillsGood knowledge of IT concepts and architecturesExperience of advanced problem-solving ability and troubleshootingAble to communicate clearly and concisely to all levelsExcellent customer service skills for both internal and external customersGrounded IT experience with a high general technical competence and a good breadth of knowledgeExperience of handling customer complaints, dealing with technical incidents and taking ownership from reporting through to resolutionStrong attention to detail.
