About the Role: The resource supports the day- to- day onboarding and management of the India Region (understanding of market context, business, trade, consumer, competition, board meeting preparation and follow up); analyzes economic and business data to support decision- making process; support region strategy recommendation; directly performs Project Management activities to accelerate the change management in close coordination with the Managing Director and Functional Heads. Main Responsibilities: ASSISTANT TO MANAGER Support Region Manager in day- to- day of Region managementSupport Region Manager during meetings with other Functions and in the review of doc agenda and contents, in actions follow up and support documentation preparation. If needed, is delegated from Region Manager to participate to meetings in his/ her behalfSTRATEGIC PLANNING Supports Region Manager in preparing Region recommendation by providing information about relevant economics and business topics: market context, business, trade, category consumer, competitionSupports Region Manager in setting up presentation to for Area Reviews and VisitsSupports the preparation of the annual PS/ budget documentDATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING Interacts then with data owners within functions and/ or use available reporting tools to collect info and prepare reports. Executes economic & business scenarios, trends, competitors analysis to provide Region Manager useful elements for decision- making processesPROJECT MANAGER Acts as a project manager in order to coordinate cross- functional OR strategic projects at Region level, updates Region Manager, and takes actions on Region Manager input. The role requires strong project management skills, conflict management, analytical skills and presentation skills.
