Job Description

    Business Manager Operations BPO (7 to 10 yrs)Job Location : Bangalore / PuneFunction - Call Center/ BPOEducational Qualification: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business management or related fieldSalary: (Depends upon the interview)Experience: 7 to 10 years in managing and growing operations across BPOTeam Handling Size: 100+Responsibilities:
    1. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
    2. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
    3. Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.
    4. Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, and customer service as well as define user guidelines.
    5. Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
    6. Prepare annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance and scheduling expenses.
    7. Should aware of Dialers, Attrition. Shrinkage and Occupancy
    8. Knowledge of data churning.
