Domain knowledge of US Credit Card Collections. Prior US Credit Card CHAT experience of minimum 1 year 30wpm typing speed with 90% accuracy(minimum) Excellent verbal & written communication. Ability to have exceptional multi-tasking capabilities Ability to mathematically analyze situation Good at reasoning, thought process and articulation. Ability to de-escalate the situation while speaking to an irate customer using reasoning skills and empathy. Ready to work in rotational shifts, 24x7 work environment. Demonstrate Customer Service Skills. Negotiation skills Self motivated and willingness to learn., Service US based credit card customers whose accounts are in collections. Independently handle, assist the customers to determine problems and provide resolutions on any credit card issues & service problems coordinate escalations, and assess customer s needs. Display Empathy. Rapport building, Assertiveness and other skills to improve CSAT scores and Collections. Update self regularly (daily) with changing laws and regulations in the Collections space. Ensuring zero compliance/regulatory issues in the Collections group by adhering to applicable laws/regulations for Debt Collections. Update self regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System. Report Security Incidents as per laid down processes.
