SAP Project Manager Automatic Infotech :: Leading company for SAP Services India, SAP Support India, SAP Implementation India, SAP Development India, SAP Support Partner, SAP Implementation, Partner in India Job Description Complete project ownership Client management Manage complete life cycle of the project Recruit, develop and manage teams of techno-functional consultants Project scope definition and management Cost, timeline and resource planning Budgeting estimation Monitoring and hands-on execution of project milestones Maximize team performance through effective planning and management Project documentation (requirements definition, functional specifications, technical design) Take personal responsibility for continuous improvement Produce timely, high quality deliverables that exceed the expectations of the client Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline Delivery management Escalation management Compliance management Ensure project profitability Performance review Reporting to the steering committee Pre-sales and solution building and presentation Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment team to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team Updates management on project / activity status Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results Desired Candidate Profile :Experience working in IT services organization with good understanding of ASAP, Agile methodology and other project management methodologies Must have managed a team of 20+ resources Should have proven track record of delivering projects successfully, managing teams, handling customer communication, billing and invoicing proposal development Candidates preferred who have executed 3 or more full project lifecycle implementations, configuration of SAP as a Project Lead Excellent expertise in either FICO / SD / MM is mandatory with good CIN knowledge Hands on knowledge of MS-Project and other project management tools Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex projects within timelines Exposure to Domestic and Foreign projects PMP Certification will be added advantage SAP Certification in respective module The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong leadership with the opportunity to positively impact customer support Should have strong client facing skill and can do approach Should be passionate to contribute to customer satisfaction combined with an attitude to continuously improve services of Company Should have flexible approach and ability to work under pressure with excellent problem solving skills Should have strong analytical, presentation and planning skills Other Skills :Strong initiative and a proactive mindset Good Communication and presentation Highly adaptable and a fast learner Excellent interpersonal / customer relation skills; excellent verbal and written communications Client facing, people management and leadership skills Ability to develop and implement strategic plans Self-driven, committed and good analytical skill Should be Flexible for Travel (Domestic / International) Foreign language skills (especially German) a huge plus Manufacturing, Pharma, Automobile, Steelli Good exposure to Indian environment a plus Experience : 7+ YearsLocation : Pune with travel to customer locations and project sitesEducational Qualification : PMP / CA / ICWA / MCOM / MBA / BCA / MCA / M.
