Job Description

    Job descriptionHeres what will be expected out of you*:Creating accurate product descriptions for website content, ensuring that content complieswith the company guidelinesQuality check of the supplier-provided item descriptions for HS content guideline adherenceHandle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLAs are met per qualitystandards.Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate the product data quality.Enhancing existing product data quality to increase conversionIf there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or leadResponsible for pre-scoped internal communication, i.e., quality audit reports, recurring errors,updates, blurbs, etc.Responsible for creating resource material/training modules; providing collective and individualfeedback for quality improvement within the team along with the monthly dashboards*Job duties may change due to business needs.What we want:0-1 year of experience in content writing/copywriting/quality auditing, preferably in fashion e-commerce.Preferable fashion education background having done an internship (NIFT, NID, etc)Excellent written communication skillsKnowledge of fashion terminology, trends, fabrics, and brandsWorking knowledge of MS Office
