Job Title: Chef (Commis 1/Commis 2)Department: KitchenWorking Days: 6 DaysDetailed Work Profile:

  1. Assist in running kitchen initially and be able to take over after probation period 2. Handle preparations prior to opening time
  2. Handle basic dishes without supervision (even initially)
  3. Work quickly and accurately even during busy periods
  4. Work under the direction and supervision of Management
