Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict and evaluate process performance.
    • Develop and implement process control strategies and automation systems.
    • Analyze process data to identify and troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality control teams to develop and scale-up new processes.
    • Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety assessments.
    • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Lead and participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
    • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to apply best practices.
