Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Provision servers and creating a gold disk for them Analyze and study complex system requirements Establishing Policies for the Citrix environment Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures Working with virtual technologies, Windows, OM of these OSs Hands on experience with MS Windows 2008 R2 server and Server 2012 Windows Engineering with Citrix engineering experience Knowledge on Citrix Products: XenApp, XenServer, NetScalers, and XenDesktop 79 Blade Storage C
      • Technical Experience : 6-9 Years of relevant experience
      • Professional Attributes : Strong customer service orientation Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure MCSE/MCITP a plus VDI Environment experience Experience with Cloud services
      • Educational Qualification : Graduation in technical stream
    • Additional Information : Ready to work in 24/7 Environment in Rotational shifts
