Job Description

    • Enterprise & SME Sales: Generate leads and close deals with local SMEs, trading businesses, and retailers for custom software solutions, including ERPs (e.g., Spectra BMS), inventory management (SmartStock Pro), and HRMS/ATS platforms (HireFlow).
    • BIM & Engineering Technology Outreach: Identify and target local Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) firms, real estate developers, and infrastructure contractors to sell Dertzs advanced BIM modeling, clash detection, and Scan-to-BIM services.
    • Digital Transformation Solutions: Pitch and sell custom web development, mobile applications, e-commerce setups, and digital marketing consulting services to clinics, restaurants, manufacturing companies, and other local brands.
    • Field Execution: Conduct regular field visits, client presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions with local decision-makers.
    • CRM & Portal Reporting: Maintain structured, daily reporting of client visits, cold calls, scheduled meetings, warm leads, and pipeline stages in the companys internal portal/CRM.
    • End-to-End Sales Coordination: Support conversion by nurturing leads, sharing tailored service proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with Dertzs technical/delivery teams.
    • Target Achievement: Work diligently toward reaching monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Resident Sales Manager or Marketing Head.Skills Required
      • Strong B2B communication, consulting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
      • In-depth understanding of the local city market (knowing major business hubs, active developers, and retail/SME clusters).
      • Comfort with explaining technical concepts (e.g., custom software, cloud solutions, CRM, ERP, and CAD/BIM services).
      • Mobility and willingness to travel extensively within the city for meetings and product demos.
      • High self-motivation, strong work ethic, disciplined scheduling, and result-driven orientation.
