Job Description

- Lead a multi-functional and globally project team in implementation innovation projects - Ensure delivery on-time, on-budget and on-quality implementationof all VSS robotics and innovation projects - Drive early-stage requirements definition, effort estimations related to automation projects and support business case creation - Own and manage the project portfolio for automation class 1 implementation projects - Define delivery approach and strategyfor innovation and robotics across all VSS locations and business lines. Key performance indicators [max 3]: - Project implementation on-time, on-budget and on-quality - # of projectsin the automation & robotics implementation projectportfolio Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

  • Expertise and experiencesystem integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations).
  • Proven ability to lead complex IT projects in an international matrix environments
  • Experience in implementing process automation and tools (e.g. SQL scripting)
  • Ability to work in European country and non-European countries and to travel up to 4 days a week
Ability to communicate at all levels (fromdevelopment team up to CIO / CFO) and to organise/drive meetings ensuring a clear reporting Budget owned: not directly budget assigned but responsible to deliver withinthe project budget Direct reports: 1 Dotted reports: IT people (Global and Local) working inside theProject he/she is responsible for, Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • 7+ years experience in delivering big and challenges projects / programmes ininternational environment.
